The model Alessandra Bonelli and his lawyer broke their silence on the program ‘Magaly TV, the firm’ to demand justice after an episode of sexual abuse suffered in 2015. During the interview, the former reality girl detailed the events that occurred with her then coach, Victor Hugo Lurquín Daza . Although in 2022 she managed to have her attacker sentenced to 10 years in effective prison, she still remains free, which has generated strong indignation among the influencer and those close to her.
Alessandra Bonelli exposes a complaint against personal trainer, Víctor Hugo Lurquín
As he narrated Alessandra Bonelli, The attacker, who was her personal trainer, drugged her in 2015, causing her to lose consciousness. After the attack, the model managed to present compelling evidence against Victor Hugo Lurquín which were supported by the forensic results. Based on these elements, the case was brought to court and, finally, in November 2022, the rapist was sentenced to 10 years in prison, in addition to financial compensation of 50 thousand soles for the damage caused.
However, despite the sentence, Lurquín remains free, which has caused Bonelli great frustration. “It cannot be possible that there are so many girls who have been victims of this person and that, although I have won this case, he is still free,” the former member of ‘This is war’ said, visibly upset. “What scares me the most is that a lot of girls keep writing to me saying that they have gone through the same thing with the same person. I don’t know why he is not in prison. I think an arrest warrant has not been issued,” she added.
The situation of impunity that Bonelli is experiencing has also been denounced by his lawyer, Julio César Mendoza Herrera . The lawyer criticized the slowness of the judicial system, which has allowed Lurquín to remain free, despite having clear evidence and a conviction. “Despite having strong evidence, such as forensic results, and a sentence handed down, the capture of this man has not yet been finalized,” explained the lawyer.
Mendoza Herrera also pointed out that this delay in the judicial process allowed the aggressor to organize his escape, which has complicated the capture of Lurquín. In this context, the lawyer requested that an urgent arrest warrant be issued so that the convicted man can serve his prison sentence.
