G-Shot 24 From French Guiana To Ningxi On June 22

The Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) is preparing to launch the GSAT-24 satellite into orbit on June 22, specially designed for domestic DTH needs. Earlier this year, ISRO planned to launch GSAT-3 from the Satish Dhawan Space Center in Sriharikota to Ningi via GSLV-Mark3. But, as this was not possible recently, it was decided to launch from the Kaur space center into French Guiana. It will be launched by the European Union’s Ariane-5 rocket. NSIL, a commercial arm of ISRO, provided the funding for the experiment.

It is the 25th Indian satellite to be launched into orbit by Ariane space. Arianespace revealed the launch on Twitter. ” Hello listen! Welcome to our VA257 Second Passenger GSAT-24. The satellite, built by the Indian Space Research Organization, will be launched by our Ariane 5 Alancher on June 22. We will let you know the details.

The space agency also shared a container that was unloading an Indian satellite from an Indian Air Force aircraft. GSAT-24 will be leased to Tata Sky to meet DTH application requirements. ISRO-built four-ton class communications ‘Ku-band’ satellite GSAT-24 is owned by Newspage India Limited on a commercial basis.

The European Space Agency said it had commissioned ArianeSpace to launch the GSAT-24 telecommunications satellite on September 28 last year. However, why the GSLV-Mark 3 was not used to launch this satellite remains an unanswered question.
