Prime Minister Narendra Modi has said that easy access to justice for all is very important. Prime Minister Narendra Modi attended the inaugural day of the first meeting of All India District Legal Service Providers.
Speaking at that time, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said, “It should be easy for people to get justice. If it should be as easy as living, it should be as easy as doing a business.”
Supreme Court Chief Justice N.V. Ramana, Justices U.U. Lalit, D.Y. Chandrachud and Law Minister Kiran Rijiju were also present.
Speaking first, Chief Justice NV Ramana said, “The strength of our nation is the youth of our country. One fifth of the youth living in the world lives in India. However, the strength of skilled workers among our youth is low. Only 3% of the youth are selected as skilled workers. We encourage skill training in the country. We need to bridge this gap.
Many young people are suffering without even knowing that legal aid exists. Many people are not aware enough about the legal provisions. To cause it. Even so, if today we bring justice to the doorsteps of the people, we should thank the enthusiastic lawyers and the selected judges for that,” he said.
