Ghost driver on A2 on the run with toddler in the back seat

On Saturday evening, the police arrested a man and a woman who drove their car wrongly on the A2. The two had a 1-year-old child in the back seat without a seatbelt. They were on the run from the police after a report of a chat trick in Echt in Limburg.
