Let’s find out what kind of bank services customers can avail through the new toll free number. Services like Bank Account Balance, Details of Last Five Transactions, ATM Card Blocking, ATM Card Dispatch Status, Check Book Dispatch Status, TDS Details, Deposit Interest Certificate, New ATM Card Request after Block. You can call 1800 1234, 1800 11 2211, 1800 425 3800, 1800 2100, or 080 26599990. All these are SBI toll free numbers. You can call them anytime from any landline or mobile number.

Apart from these numbers, SBI customers can also call other toll free numbers. You can call 1800 11 1109, 94491 12211 or 080 – 2659 9990. If you want to complain about unauthorized transactions .. you can call these numbers. If customers are unable to get the correct information through a phone call .. or feel that the services are not good .. an email will also be sent. Complaints can be made to customercare@sbi.co.in or contactcentre@sbi.co.in. Customers will receive a ticket number after the complaint is registered. This will allow you to check the status.
SBI also offers SMS services. Type HELP and send a message to 918108511111. This will let you know the details of the services provided by the bank in the form of SMS. The ATM card can also be blocked. If you are not satisfied with the bank services, you can type UNHAPPY and send an SMS to 8008 20 20 20.
