Google has confirmed that the YouTube Create app will be available completely free of charge. The application is currently available in beta on Android devices. The beta version of YouTube Create is now available in select countries including the US, UK, Germany, France, Indonesia, India, Korea and Singapore. YouTube is likely to launch an iOS version of the application next year.
