Recently the young woman got married to another young man from Mandavalli of Eluru district. As a result, the young woman became close to him as her future husband. While the marriage was to take place on 14th of this month, Newton Babu sent a nude video of him talking to a young woman to the groom. He sent the video to the marriage elders and refused to marry her. The wedding officials did not stop there.. they sent the video to the bride’s family and told them that the marriage could not take place.

Police found that the relatives of Newton Babu had sent the video to others. Police registered cases against all of them. The police said that they have collected evidence with the help of technology.. A case of attempted rape has been registered against Newton Babu, who recorded the nude video of the young woman, and a case of rape has been registered against the groom. Cases were registered against the relatives under 109, 120(b) of the IT Act and taken to the court. Police have warned that strict action will be taken against anyone who sends personal nude videos without deleting them and reposting them on social media.
