Tragedy struck the orchestra Warrior Brothers with the death of Thalía Manrique, who lost her life after an armed attack in Amazonas. The young woman, 27 years old, left two minor children orphaned, which led the musical group to organize a charity concert in her memory, with the aim of raising funds to support her family.

The tragedy occurred after a concert performed by Warrior Brothers in the San Martín de Porres town center, where they celebrated their 44th anniversary. During the return journey, the orchestra bus was intercepted by six armed criminals, resulting in the fatal shooting of Thalía. So far, three suspects have been identified, but none have been arrested, which maintains the demands for justice from the family and members of the group.
