1. Visit Technical Inspection Department office and get approval for required color change. Then the documents related to this should be signed.
2. The next step is to implement the color change process in writing. Authorized workshops can be approached. Color change can be done according to certain criteria.
3. After changing the color should wait for the approval from the International Standards Section of the Technical Inspection Department. They will check and confirm the color of the new vehicle. After this the vehicle can be released.
The importance of following these three guidelines is immense. The Ministry has issued a clear warning in this regard. Workshops and garages are trying to change the colors of the vehicle without prior permission from the traffic department. All this is illegal. Strict action will be taken against those violating the rules. The Ministry of Commerce and Industry will levy the fine. Fine up to 500 dinars

Also three unlicensed weapons were seized from their possession. 16 cases have been charged against them. The detainees are from different countries. Their names have not been released. Drugs like hashish, heroin and cocaine have been seized.
