David Miller hit 4 fours off 24 balls, 39 off 1 six, 5 fours off 25 balls and 2 sixes while Rahul Tewatia remained unbeaten on 43 to give Gujarat the lead. Bangalore bowlers Shahbaz Ahmed and Hasaranga Chero took two wickets each.
