The crew of “Hashim 81” outperformed the rest of the boats participating in the opening race of the season, which exceeded 50 boats, all of which were lined up off the World Islands, one of the most beautiful waterfront landmarks on the shores of Dubai, and sailed after raising the green flag for a distance of five nautical miles towards the finish line near the shores of Jumeirah.

The boat “Sarab 67” owned by Mohammed Sultan Al Marzouqi, and led by his son, Captain Sultan, achieved first place in the junior category under 16 years, after finishing the race in ninth place in the overall ranking, winning the lead in this category, which brought it together with 19 boats that competed in the race.
