New Delhi. Electric two-wheeler maker Hero Electric on Wednesday launched three new two-wheeler electric vehicles – Optima CX5.0 (Dual Battery), Optima CX2.0 (Single Battery) and NYX (Dual Battery).
Available at a starting price of Rs 85,000, the newly launched Optima CX5.0 comes in Dark Matte Blue and Matte Maroon and the Optima CX.20 comes in Dark Matte Blue and Charcoal Black color schemes, while the NYX Charcoal Black and Pearl White colors Available in
Hero Electric CEO Sohinder Gill said in a statement, “Our core philosophy has been to design bikes that are safe and super-efficient. Extensive feedback from our 6 lakh bikes over 15 years has led us to design our new range of powertrains. converting almost every drop of battery power into useful km.”
According to the company, these latest two-wheelers boast of best-in-class optimized powertrains and enhanced safety, ushering in a new era of smart-connected mobility.
Furthermore, the company mentioned that the models come with innovative features like ‘hibernating battery technology’ and ‘dynamically synchronized powertrain’.
It will also lead to improved vehicle diagnostics through built-in software including remote maintenance, ultimate battery life protection and enhanced charging efficiency.
