During a hearing on Wednesday, the Residential Association told the court that pubs were operating in uninhabited areas, violating the provisions of the Noise Pollution Control Act 2000. Revealed that pubs were running with loud noise until midnight. That said, those who live there are in serious trouble. It is in this context that action is sought against publishers who violate the regulations.
In response, the High Court issued notices to 800 Jubilee, Highlife Brewing Company, Farzi Cafe, Amnesia Lounge Bar, Daily Dose Bar Half, Dirty Martini Kitchen and Cocktail Launch, Broadway Pub, Mackay Bro World Copy Bar and Heart Cup Copy Pub. The counter said that the issues raised by the petitioner should be filed within 29th of this month. The Hyderabad commissioner and the Telangana government also said that a counter-petition should be filed. The next hearing was adjourned to next Wednesday.
