New Delhi. Honor on Thursday launched a new ‘Honor 90 5G’ smartphone in India in two storage variants.
Honor 90 will be available in three colors – Emerald Green, Diamond Silver and Midnight Black from September 18 on Amazon and retail channels.
The smartphone will come in two storage variants, 8GB + 256GB and 12GB + 512GB, which are priced at Rs 37,999 and Rs 39,999 respectively.
The company announced that the price with the offer is Rs 27,999 for the 8GB + 256GB variant and Rs 29,999 for the 12GB + 512GB variant.
CEO Madhav Sheth said at the launch event that with a focus on empowering consumers with leading technology, Honor is continuously working towards bringing innovations in display technology, battery tech software and Artificial Intelligence (AI). Leveraging Honor’s strong network and value chain, we are introducing the first smartphone on Indian shores with the launch of Honor 90 5G.
Honor 90 has a 6.7-inch curved AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 120Hz, 5000 mAh battery with 66W fast charging and Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 chipset. Honor 90 comes with resolution 2664×1200.
Furthermore, the smartphone sports a triple camera system that includes a 200-megapixel (MP) main camera, a 12MP ultra-wide, and a 2MP depth camera.
According to the company, Honor 90 has a 50 MP camera on the front, which helps in capturing stunning selfies full of details.
This smartphone comes with a large battery of 5000 mAh which provides strong backup to the users who are always on. Once fully charged, this smartphone can provide up to 19.5 hours of continuous video streaming.
The Honor 90 runs on the latest Android 13 based MagicOS 7.1, and packs a punch with improved smart features like Magic Text. (IANS)
