A hotel for insects will appear in Belgorod. She will be placed in the Bishop’s Grove. The hotel will be a structure that is used, among other things, for the wintering of insects.
Architect Oleg Shapiro spoke about plans to transform the city. According to him, this was discussed within the framework of the presented concepts for the development of Belgorod. In addition to a hotel for insects, “dry fountains” and light structures in the form of “Shukhov turrets” on the 50th anniversary of the Belgorod region, as well as art objects on the Vezelka embankment will be installed in the city, bel.ru writes.
Central Park is also undergoing a makeover. There will be four recreation areas and two gardens with ornamental trees. It is planned to return to the park a fountain with children circling in a round dance.
In November, it was announced plans to put up for auction an unfinished house, real estate and other assets of the bankrupt developer AO Investment company Stroitel Belogorya. For 10 lots, it is planned to request 244.8 million rubles.
