Mosquito Bite A mosquito bite can lead to common fever or toxic fevers like malaria and dengue which can sometimes be fatal. In addition to this, itchiness and rashes also occur on the stool. But, not only did a person have to undergo 30 surgeries due to mosquito bites, he went into coma four times. It is noteworthy that a 27-year-old Sebastian Rotschke from Rodermar, Germany, was on the brink of death after being bitten by a mosquito. International magazine Daily Star reported that 30 surgeries have been done so far due to its influence.

According to the Daily Star story.. Sebastian was bitten by a mosquito in the summer of 2021. A few days later, he developed flu-like symptoms and consulted a doctor for treatment. But, gradually his two toes became severed and he underwent 30 surgeries to fix them. It is said that he went into coma four times during this process. Moreover, Sebastian shared his experience with the magazine that his liver, kidneys, heart and lungs did not work properly for a few days and his blood was poisoned.

Later, the lump formed on the left thigh was once again removed through plastic surgery and the skin was grafted. He said his chances of survival were slim as tissue samples showed the deadly bacteria was almost half gone on the left thigh. Sebastian stated that he came to the brink of death many times, and survived because the doctors recognized the symptoms of the disease from time to time and provided timely treatment.

Meanwhile, the doctors confirmed that Sebastian was bitten by an Asian tiger mosquito. Health experts warn that these mosquitoes, which bite mostly during the day, can cause dangerous diseases like dengue fever, Zika virus, West Nile virus, and chicken pox. That is why it is suggested to use mosquito nets and follow other precautions.
