The mansion in question is sold for 55 million euros.
The house is located on a plot of 9,000 square meters, with an area of 3,315 square meters in what is the mansion itself.
The house has “large terraces and includes 12 bedrooms and 19 bathrooms, a spacious living room, kitchen equipped with top quality furniture and appliances.”
Within the “features” section, the ad includes the following: “first line, fitted wardrobes, close to transport, private terrace, satellite TV, adsl / wifi, cinema, gym, sauna, private heated pool, indoor pool, solar panels, guest apartment, large storage room, laundry room, en-suite bathrooms, bar, staff quarters or garage for 8-9 cars”.
The real estate portal also states that the mansion has been “built to the highest possible standards” and that “it is one of the best holiday homes in southern Spain.”
