Hyderabad: Kontam Tejaswini, a college student from Hyderabad, was killed in London, the capital of England.
Kontham Tejaswini, who hails from Telangana capital Hyderabad, went to London in March last year to pursue his postgraduate studies. The 27-year-old lived with another woman in a flat in Neild Crescent, Wembley, London.
In this case, a 24-year-old youth from Brazil, who lived in the same apartment, stabbed Kontham Tejaswini and another woman with a knife. Tejaswini died on the spot. Another woman who was stabbed is said to be receiving treatment at the hospital.
The police have arrested the youth who stabbed him. Also, the London Metropolitan Police has arrested a 23-year-old youth who is suspected to be involved in this murder case.
Investigations revealed that the stabbing victim was identified as Kevan Antonio Laurenco de Morais, who arrived at the residence last week. North London police have arrested the man who stabbed him on the run. Police said they are investigating the motive behind the murder. Tejaswini’s family in Hyderabad have been informed about her murder.
