The police clarified that the traffic restrictions will be in force from 2 pm to 5.30 pm on Sunday. He said that the Electric Vehicles Rally will enter Cyberabad via People’s Plaza, IMAX Necklace Road Rotary, VV Vigraham, KCP Junction, Panjagutta, NFCL, Sagar Society, KBR Park, Jubilee Hills Checkpost, Road No.45, Cable Bridge. The traffic police said that the vehicles coming from Nallagutta Junction will be allowed towards IMAX Necklace Rotary and will be diverted towards Raniganj and Buddha Bhavan.
Vehicles will not be allowed towards Telugu Thalli Flyover, BRK Bhavan Necklace Rotary until the rally reaches the Rotary. Vehicles coming from this side will be diverted towards Iqbal Minar. Also, the vehicles going towards Panjagutta from Shadan and Raj Bhavan Road will be stopped for a while until the rally passes the VV statue. Vehicles coming from Tajkrishna towards KCP will be halted at Mercure Hotel. Traffic coming from Monappa Island, Sagar Society, Cancer Hospital, Film Nagar and Journalist Colony will be temporarily stopped. In the background of the rally, traffic restrictions will be implemented in Cyberabad from 3 pm to 5 pm.
Traffic coming from Cyber Tower, Aparna Towers, Meenakshi Towers, Kondapur, Miyapur will be diverted towards Hitex Junction, CII Junction, Kottaguda Junction via Khanamet Junction. Traffic coming from Kothaguda towards Jubilee Hills will be diverted towards CII Junction, Tech Mahindra, Dell, HSBC Lemon Tree Junction, Ikea, Madhapur, Jubilee Hills. While all the by-lanes between Ikea towards Biodiversity will be closed, traffic at Biodiversity Junction will be diverted via Khajaguda Junction towards Whisper Valley, the traffic police said.
