Recently, an incident similar to Tagore’s movie came to light at Kamineni Hospital in LB Nagar, Hyderabad. Suryapet Sivakrishna was admitted to the hospital three days ago. However, the family members are alleging that they were not told about the patient’s health condition and even when they asked, they said something and escaped. The family members allege that the doctors said that the treatment would cost Rs.50 lakhs and claimed the insurance money and said that he died. When the patient was taken out of the hospital without telling his relatives, the family members quarreled. This created a tense situation in the hospital for a while.
Family members and relatives protested in front of the hospital. After this, the police reached the hospital and got the details from the victims. The police said that they have registered a case and are investigating. The police say that they are investigating and action will be taken if found to be true.
