New Delhi: Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has said that he will pray for the welfare of the country throughout the day during the celebration of Holi.
Aam Aadmi Party chief coordinator and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal released a video message today (March 7). In it he said: “The state of affairs in the country is very disturbing. Everyone knows that government schools and government hospitals are in bad condition. But both Manish Sisodia and Satyendra Jain tried to improve government schools and hospitals.
It is very worrisome that the Prime Minister is supporting those who are looting the country and imprisoning people who want to provide good education and health facilities to the people. So I am immediately going to pray for the welfare of the country tomorrow. If you too think that Prime Minister Narendra Modi is doing wrong and if you are also concerned about the welfare of the country, take some time tomorrow after Holi celebrations and pray for the welfare of the country.
I don’t care about either of them. They will give their lives for the country. No one can break their resolve. I am concerned about the welfare of the country. There is no one here to work for the common man or listen to their grievances. 75 years after the country’s independence, one is making the education available to the affluent available to the poor. He is Manish Sisodia. Everyone knows the state of government hospitals across the country. 75 years after the independence of the country, someone changed the health status and gave the country a good health model. That person is Satyendra Jain. But both of them have been jailed on false charges,” said Arvind Kejriwal.
Satyendara Jain was arrested and jailed in May last year on charges of money laundering. CBI arrested Manish Sisodia, accused in the liquor policy corruption case, on February 26. Both of them were members of the Aam Aadmi Party’s cabinet. It is noteworthy that they resigned from their responsibilities after being arrested and imprisoned. Arvind Kejriwal has denied the allegations against two former ministers from his party, alleging that their arrest was politically motivated.
