Former Gujarat government official Ramesh Chandra Feffer, who has been in the news for claiming to be the tenth incarnation of Lord Vishnu, is back with a new argument. At the same time, in 2018, Feffer attended the office for only 16 days in eight months. Feffer’s explanation for this is very interesting.
