BJP leader Sangeet Som said, “When one of my videos went viral on social media, I was asked whether I threatened the officials? If there was any other leader in my place, he would have said that this is not my video and there is no my voice in it, but when my fellow journalists asked me whether I threatened them, my answer was yes, I threatened them.”
He said, “I was asked why did you threaten him? My answer to this was that if they do not work properly and do not follow the law, I will get them beaten with public shoes. I would tell you guys not to be weak.” Now, SP chief Akhilesh Yadav has made a post on X regarding this incident and while targeting BJP, has said, ‘Adhikari says today, BJP is not wanted!’
In fact, BJP’s fire brand leader Sangeet Som, while speaking at the Kshatriya Mahasabha program organized in Kundarki assembly constituency, said, “When it comes to society, some people stand on the streets with sticks, but you people stand up for your When it comes to social issues, they go to their homes and sleep. I can say with certainty that you people used to sleep 365 days of the year, but one day when Sangeet Som remembers you, you people stand with sticks in your hands. If your name is not heard then it is my responsibility.”
