Minister Narayana says that Amaravati is a self -sufficient project and it will require Rs 64,000 crore. He says that a single penny of this amount will not be spent from the taxes paid by the people. Minister Narayana says that there will be about four thousand acres of net land in Amravati- the value of the land will be increased exponentially, so that it will be used to pay off the debts made by Amaravati.
If the letters happen in a similar manner, the government should be appreciated. Minister Narayana says that all the work that will be started now next month will be completed within a period of three years. If this government can give a specific look at the capital Amaravati in three years, they should be congratulated.
No matter how many the minister says, some doubts remain. Amaravathi is a World Bank ADB and Rs 15,000 crore. The minister says this is a loan. In fact, the central budget was announced during the central budget to recover the loan of Rs 15,000 crore. At the press conference, the debt was also taken by the CRDA, but the central government would do it.
Now this 15 thousand crores of loans worth Rs 31,000 crore for the construction of the capital of Minister Narayana Amaravati. This means that it is not clear who is responsible for repaying it. Will these 15 thousand quotes be burdened on the CRDA? Or, is the Center taking responsibility for the payment as the alliance government has been tampering with? Is not giving clarity.
However, at least the minister’s announcement of the work is completed- Amaravati is a completely self-sufficient project, but the people will also praise the government’s integrity.
