Minister K Taraka Rama Rao (KTR) was indignant that the BJP government in Dram was discriminating against Telangana without funding. Palamuru Rangareddy said that he would give national status to the Ethipothala project and criticized that not a single one was given in 8 years. KTR said that Telangana had given Rs 3.65 lakh crore in taxes to the Center but the Center had given only Rs 1.68 lakh crore to the state. “If I prove it wrong, I will resign as a minister,” KTR challenged. KTR laid the foundation stone and inaugurated several development projects in Mahabubnagar district on Saturday (June 4).
Vikarabad – Karnataka, Gadwala – KTR was incensed that the center did not give the train to Machar. ‘We have been asking for our share in the Krishna waters for eight years. Minister KTR participated in a rural and urban development program in Amistapur, Mahabubnagar district. The foundation stone was laid for a Rs 18 crore bridge over R&B Road at Varne. A sports complex has been inaugurated in Bhutpur Municipality. The event was attended by KTR along with Ministers Srinivas Gowda, Prashant Reddy and others.
