Petrol is available for Rs 15?
The government sees the country’s farmers not only as food providers but also as energy providers. All vehicles in the country now run on ethanol produced by farmers. Nitin Gadkari also said that if vehicles can take 60% ethanol and 40% electricity on an average, one liter of petrol can be obtained at Rs 15. This can reduce air pollution and imports into the country. He said that Rs 16 lakh crore spent on imports will go to the farmers’ families of the country.
