Let us tell you that there is an atmosphere of tension in Bangladesh for many months. The situation became such that on August 5 this year, Sheikh Hasina had to resign from the post of PM and flee the country. After this Hindus started falling prey to this violence. In the month of October, thousands of Bangladeshi Hindus demonstrated on the streets in Chittagong demanding their rights and security. Only eight percent of the population of 17 crore here are Hindus. From August 5 to November, more than 200 attacks have taken place in 50 districts.
At the same time, the condition of minorities in India’s neighboring countries is not hidden from anyone. This year, there have been more cases of violence against Hindus in Bangladesh than in Pakistan. After the fall of former Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina’s government, these violent incidents have increased rapidly. On Friday, the Ministry of External Affairs had presented shocking figures of violence against Hindus in neighboring states.
