New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi has said that it is the duty of all government employees to increase people’s trust in government administration.
The National Program for Skill Development of Central Government Employees (Karmayogi) was launched in September 2020. This project is being implemented based on 6 aspects namely policy framework, organizational framework, competitiveness framework, digital learning framework, electronic human resource development plan, monitoring and evaluation framework.
As part of this, Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the first National Training Conference at Pragati Maidan in Delhi yesterday.
In this Prime Minister Narendra Modi said: Once officers were employed in training centers as a punishment. That situation has now changed. An environment has developed where the officers working in the training centers are highly skilled and produce efficient civil servants.
Our army is highly respected among the people of India. Similarly, it is the duty of all government employees to increase public confidence in government administration.
Government employees should work happily. To serve the people with a sense of commitment. Effective implementation of projects. So far more than 10 lakh people have registered on Karmayogi site.
There should be a change in the mindset of the government officials as inferior and superior. Suggestions from the general public should also be considered. Swachh India Project, Aspiring Districts, Amrit Dam Project, Digital India Project have been born out of people’s ideas and achieved huge success. Prime Minister Narendra Modi spoke thus.
