The Indian cricket team is touring the West Indies and playing a cricket series. Both the teams are currently playing a multi-Test series in the three-match ODI series. The second ODI of the series is being played at the Cricket Ground in Port of Spain.
West Indies captain Nicholas Pooran won the toss and elected to bat. The team batted first and scored 311 runs for the loss of 6 wickets at the end of 50 overs. The team’s opener Shai Hope scored a century. He got out after scoring 115 runs.
Captain Pooran scored 74 runs. Gayle Meyers scored 39 runs and Brooks scored 35 runs. Thakur took three wickets for the Indian team. Sahal, Axar Patel and Deepak Hooda took one wicket each.
