In the Covit-19 vaccination program launched nationwide on January 16th India Has created a significant milestone.
On the 56th day of the vaccination program (March 12, 2021) more than 20 lakh (20,53,537) vaccines were distributed in 30,561 camps. This is much higher than the number of vaccines given so far in a day.
As of 7 am today, 2.82 crore (2,82,18,457) beneficiaries have been vaccinated in 4,86,314 camps across the country. 72,93,575 health workers (first dose), 41,94,030 health workers (second dose), 72,35,745 front workers (first dose), 9,48,923 front workers (second dose), 12,54,4 over 45 years of age with other ailments Vaccines have been given to 72,91,716 beneficiaries over the age of 60 per person (first dose).
There are currently 2.02 lakh (2,02,022) people being treated for corona infection in India. This is 1.78 per cent of the country’s total population.
Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Punjab, Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh accounted for 87.72 per cent of the damage in the last 24 hours.
There have been 24,882 new infections in the country in the last 24 hours. The number of people recovering in India today stands at 1,09,73,260 (96.82%). In the last 24 hours, 19,957 people have recovered.
There have been 140 casualties by Govt-19 in the last 24 hours.
