Mumbai: India vs Australia 3rd Test was scheduled to be played at Dharamsala HPCA Stadium but now the match will be played at Indore Stadium, BCCI has announced. It was revealed that the match had to be changed due to a poor outfield.
The Australian cricket team is playing in the Border-Gavaskar Test series which consists of 4 Test matches in India. India have won the first cricket test match in Nagpur and are leading by 1-0. In this case, the BCCI has announced that the India-Australia 3rd Test match, which was to be held at the Dharamsala stadium, will now be held at the Indore stadium.
In this regard, the BCCI said, “Due to heavy snowfall, the ground does not have sufficient grass density. It may take days for it to grow fully and the ground is ready.” It is to be noted that the 3rd Test starts from 1st March and runs until 5th. India-Australia 2nd Test is going to be held in Delhi on 17th.
