The proportion of boys and girls using smartphones in India is 83 percent. This is more than 76% internationally. Due to this the risk of being targeted for vulnerabilities occurring online is high. The proportion of boys and girls targeted for cyber crimes is 22 percent. This is 17 percent internationally.
