Official sources said that the booking system of Indigo Airlines started getting affected at 12 noon but operations resumed after about an hour at 1.05 pm. However, it is still not working completely. Due to this, passengers are facing a lot of problems, due to which long queues of passengers are seen at various airports for check-in and baggage check.
The company has issued a statement on ‘X’ post saying that ‘We are currently facing the problem of temporary system slowdown across our network. (Indigo) The airline has said that our website and booking system has been affected by this. Because of this, passengers have to wait a little longer. Check-in is slowing down and there are long queues at airports.
The Indigo company said that our airport team is available and fully dedicated to assisting everyone and ensuring a smooth journey.
