Infosys has increased his salary by 88 percent in 2022. Earlier, his annual salary package was Rs 42.50 crore. After the pay hike, the salary package stands at Rs 79.75 crore. Salil Parekh earns around Rs 21 lakh per day. His fixed salary is Rs 11 crore. 68 crore is performance linked incentive. Parekh’s salary was increased according to the pay scale of heads of other leading Indian IT companies.

Perakh has also worked in the international corporate arena. He was a member of the board of France’s IT company Capgemini. He has held several senior positions in the company.. He has led the application services, cloud infrastructure services and tech division of the company. Businesses including Application Services Division of the company were successfully driven forward.
He has also served as the Chairman of Capgemini’s North America Executive Council. He also held the position of partner at Ernst & Young. Played a crucial role in growing the company in India. Parekh is a graduate of Aeronautical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. He holds a master’s degree in computer science and mechanical engineering from Connell University.
