Focus Entertainment has announced the availability of native versions for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S of Insurgency: Sandstorm.
The military shooter developed by New World Interactive and Saber Interactive, originally published for PC in 2018 and for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One in 2021, will feature graphics at native 4K resolution and 60FPS on the current generation of consoles, with the texture pack of High definition activated as standard.
The developers also promise much shorter loading times thanks to the use of these systems’ SSD and full support for the haptic vibration and adaptive triggers of the PlayStation 5 DualSense controller.
Users who already have the game on PlayStation 4 or Xbox One can upgrade for free to the new version (on the same family of consoles) completely free of charge, also taking advantage of all the DLCs they had previously acquired.
For new users, four versions have been put on sale: a standard one for $39.99, a Deluxe for $49.99, a Gold for $69.99 and an Ultimate for $79.99, which vary in different contents and the last one including the passes of Years 1, 2 and 3.
