According to the Ihtiras website, all travelers arriving in Qatar must register in advance. However, citizens and residents of the Gulf countries are required to comply with the standards set forth in the Covid Health Apps used in their respective countries.
Approved health apps in the Gulf countries are Saudi Arabia-Tawalkana, UAE-Al Hosn, Bahrain-B Aware Bahrain, Kuwait-Shlonik and Oman-Tarashood. Officials said rapid antigen testing at private clinics would be sufficient within 24 hours of arriving in Qatar.

Citizens and residents of the European Union need to have the Covid app compliant with compliance standards. They must have a rapid antigen test at any authorized private clinic within 24 hours of their arrival in Qatar.
