Nandamuri Balakrishna’s latest film is Veera Simha Reddy. This movie has grossed Rs.140 crores. Veeramas celebrated the success of this movie with the name Block Buster. As Balakrishna is a member of Telugu Desam Party, he is commenting on the performance of AP government in his own style. After all, there was a controversy that some dialogues in Veera Simha Reddy’s movie criticized the AP government. A few others including AP Minister Roja also criticized Balakrishna.At a time when the conflict was thought to have been settled, Balakrishna again attacked the AP government during the victory celebrations of Veera Simha Reddy. The director of this film, Gopichand Malineni, is a big fan of Balakrishna. Gopichand was the person who was caned during the movie Samarasimha Reddy. When the occasion came to talk about him, Balakrishna said, “Gopichand Malineni is a big fan of mine. At that time, Gopichand Samarasimha Reddy was also beaten up during the movies. I will not tell the reason. Because now the case will be booked again. Isn’t it very easy now… to book cases against innocent people” he said.
Balakrishna’s comments based on Gopichand Malineni are now going viral. Netizens are again saying that Balakrishna has attacked the AP government. The movie ‘Veera Simha Reddy’ was released on January 12 on the occasion of Sankranti. It achieved gross collections of Rs.140 crores. The film is directed by Gopichand Malineni and produced by Naveen Erneni and Yalamanchili Ravi Shankar under Mythri Movie Makers banner. On this occasion, a victory celebration was held on Sunday as ‘Veeramas Block Buster’.
