The ministry also clarified that the system to change the date of Umrah pilgrimage is not available in the Nusuk app. But pilgrims can cancel their appointment through the Nusuk app if they are unable to perform the pilgrimage on the date of the permit. Officials have also informed that they should apply for a new permit on another date. The ministry confirmed that appointments on the Nusuk app are being updated frequently.
