Moody’s Analytics published a report titled “Close the Gender Gap to Unlock Productivity Gains”, which reveals that women will have to wait 132 years to receive the same salary as men if their salaries continue to advance at the current rate.
The report also indicates that if women earned the same as men, global economic activity would increase by $7 trillion.

Another report, from consulting firm Spencer Stuart, found that, of developed countries, it found that France is the developed country with the most women in management positions in corporations, with 46% of boards of directors having at least one woman. .
