Chills and blood pressure
As the cold increases we may unconsciously start shivering, and we may feel a pressure build up in the whole body. Some people also feel pressure in the head. It is especially when we go outside as well as every time we take a bath in cold water, we get a pressure in the body, which causes the body temperature to decrease.
When this pressure builds up in the body, it reduces blood flow to the heart and head. This leads to heart diseases as well as conditions like stroke. Also, getting too cold can cause blood to clot very quickly. In this way, blood clots in the arteries also cause heart diseases.
Bathe in cold water
We can maintain good heart health only if our heart muscles get proper blood supply. However, if blood is not pumped properly to the heart arteries, this leads to blood clots as well as a decrease in the amount of oxygen reaching the heart. All these are damaging to heart health.
Also, if we bathe in cold water in the morning as well as in the evening when it is very cold, this causes the heart rate to increase exponentially. This increase in heartbeats also causes blood clots. It causes heart disease. Even young people who bathe in cold water in a hurry are more prone to heart diseases.
To be heart healthy
There are few things that we need to keep in mind to keep our heart healthy. The most important of which is to follow a good healthy lifestyle. Similarly, it is good that we eat fruits and vegetables that cool our body, as well as good foods. It is better to eat foods that keep the body warm. Also, be careful not to eat too much fatty foods.
Similarly, it is essential to take care to be physically active. We should make sure to exercise at least 30 minutes a day. Likewise, excessive exercise is not good for heart health. If you are suffering from heart diseases, you should seek the doctor’s opinion and take care to exercise in a healthy way. Similarly, if the muscles are enlarged, the health of the heart will not be good. To keep the heart healthy, you should exercise to get enough oxygen. Walking, running, swimming and cycling can help with this.
