The AP government has challenged the judgment of the AP High Court on the three capitals. It is not possible to implement the judgment of the High Court. That is why the High Court is seeking a stay on the judgment. Amaravati farmers also approached the Supreme Court. The AP government wants to take up the inquiry in this matter as soon as possible. As the trial is going to be held on 23rd of this month, everyone is again excited.
AP government also wants to start rule from Visakhapatnam. It is known that recently Chief Minister YS Jagan (CM Jagan) made important comments in Delhi. He said that soon the rule will start from Visakha.. He will also shift there. Investors are invited to invest in AP. With this, there is a campaign that it is certain that the rule will start from Visakha after Ugadi. Ministers and YSRCP leaders are also mentioning the same thing again and again.
However, objections are also being raised on Chief Minister YS Jagan’s remarks that he will start rule from Visakha. They are questioning how the CM and Ministers can repeatedly talk about the matter which is within the purview of the court. Two lawyers have complained to the Attorney General of the Supreme Court against CM Jagan and AP Ministers that this comes under contempt of court. While the matter of capital is within the scope of law, the statement made by the AP CM that Visakha will be the capital has been sumoto to take action under contempt of court.
