And he continued his speech: “As for seeing the moon with the naked eye or with monitoring devices, it is not possible (except for the CCD camera), due to its young age, its meager illumination, its presence in the glow of the setting sun, and its short stay above the horizon.”
Engineer Abu Zahra indicated that another phase of the phases of the moon will follow, which is called the “crescent”, which means seeing the crescent of the new moon easily after its conjunction with the sun and its exit from the phase of “al-mahaq” and a sufficient distance from the sun for the appearance of light on its surface, and this will be achieved the next day.
