Jeff Bezos owns an island on 14 acres; Zuckerberg also has investments here

Jeff Bezos, the founder of Amazon and the world’s richest man, has made another significant investment in the real estate sector. He has invested over Rs 580 crore on an island. Bill Gates has billions in real estate investments worldwide. Bill Gates and his partner Lauren Sanchez recently acquired a 14-acre estate on Maui Island.

The property was valued at `31 crore in 1996. The property also has a 4,500-square-foot house. The guest house is 700 square feet. Apart from the private beach, there are also aquaculture centers and other facilities. Jeff Bezos had earlier announced new tourism projects in space. Indications are that the new island may be used for tourist accommodation and so on.

Blue Origin, an American space airline owned by Bezos, recently announced plans to develop a commercial space station on the Orbital Reef in partnership with the Sierra Space Corporation. After 2025, there are indications that the ‘business park’ in space may begin. Bezos’ real estate investment is through Lochland Holdings.

Mark Zuckerberg, the founder of Facebook, is another investor in the islands. He recently owned 566 hectares of land in Hawaii where Bezos has investments. $ 100 million was spent on it. It has a 566 sq m garage and a garage that can park up to 16 cars. This is where he now resides, including his security guards.
