The long-awaited opening date of the KM40 shopping center has finally been confirmed: Wednesday, December 4. This event will be an inaugural event where a large influx of public and high participation of the media is expected. José Antonio Contreras, general manager of the Association of Shopping Centers of Peru (ACCEP), was in charge of confirming this date to RPP.
KM40, with an area of 10 thousand square meters of leasable area, is part of a new generation of shopping centers that are being developed in the south of Lima. The exclusive ‘Foquita’ store, together with the active participation of the footballer in each phase of development, promises to turn this shopping center into a benchmark for shopping and entertainment.
KM40 will not be the only shopping center that will open in December. Parque Arauco in La Molina and Boulevard Punta Mar in Punta Hermosa will also open their doors. However, the project led by Farfán stands out for its strategic location in Lurín, which connects not only with local residents, but also with nearby districts, making it an attractive option for consumers from different parts of Lima.

The opening of KM40 is scheduled for 4:00 pm on Wednesday, December 4, and will be an event that will mark the beginning of a new stage for commerce in the south of Lima. With its location at kilometer 40.5 of the old Panamericana Sur, the shopping center is strategically located to attract both residents of Lurin as well as those of the surrounding districts.
