Central Election Commission has given Jhalak to three political parties in Andhra Pradesh. The recognition of the respective parties has been cancelled. State Chief Electoral Officer Mukesh Kumar Meena announced in a statement that the recognition of three political parties registered from Andhra Pradesh has been canceled as per the orders of the Central Election Commission.
Mukesh Kumar Meena announced that India Party, Indians Front and National Telugu Development Seva Group parties registered in the state have been removed from the list of recognized parties. If there are any objections to this decision, it is advised to approach the Central Election Commission with appropriate certifications within 30 days.
Meanwhile, it is known that the Central Election Commission recently canceled the identity of 537 inactive political parties and their symbols across the country. It is also announced that there are 20 parties registered from Telangana. As a part of this, Praja Shanti Party, founded by prominent Christian preacher KA Paul, also gave notices. Recently, it has announced cancellation of recognition of three more parties in AP.
