According to the information, 14 percent of the people are facing problems in using Jio Fiber. Reliance Jio’s website is also not working properly and users are not able to access the Jio app either. Apart from Jio’s mobile network, some users are also facing problems in using the internet on Jio’s broadband service i.e. Jio Fiber. Thousands of users are giving information about this on the social media platform X.
At the same time, the company has not given any information on this outage yet. According to the map of downdetector, there is a downpour in cities like New Delhi, Lucknow, Nagpur, Cuttack, Hyderabad, Chennai, Patna, Ahmedabad, Kolkata, Guwahati.
