JM Financial invested 95 crores in Silver Edge

JM Financial Private Equity has invested Rs 95 crore in leading branding company Silver Edge Technologies (Silver Push). Investors like Ashish Kacholia, Mirabilis Investment Trust and Seven Hills Capital also participated in the fund raising.

The proceeds from the investment will be used to accelerate the company’s global expansion plans and drive growth, JM Financial Private Equity Managing Director Siddharth Kothari said.

Silver Push is a provider of advertising solutions for brands and media agencies using its proprietary artificial intelligence platform. Currently Silver Edge has presence in more than 10 countries like South East Asia, Middle East, Africa, USA and India. Hitesh Chawla, Founder and CEO, SilverEdge said that the partnership with JM Financial will help accelerate business expansion plans.
