The Board of Directors of the Círculo de Empresarios, at the proposal of its Nominations Committee, has unanimously appointed its vice president Juan María Nin Génova as the future president of this business association.
This appointment will take effect on March 19, 2024, the date on which the term of the current president, Manuel Pérez-Sala, who has been presiding over the
Circle for the last three years. Juan María Nin Génova (Barcelona, 1953) is a lawyer-economist from the University of Deusto and a Master in Laws from the London School of Economics and Political Sciences.
The center of his professional career has been the banking sector
He has also been involved in the energy business as a member of the Boards of Directors of Cepsa, Repsol and Gas Natural, among other companies. Until very recently he has been a member of the Board of Directors of Société Generale and is currently president of Itínere Infraestructuras, Hábitat, Morabanc and ITP Aero.
