Jupiter has announced a compilation of puzzle games from the Picross series (via Nintendo Life).
Picross S+ will include nonogram-based puzzles from the entire Picross e series, originally published on Nintendo 3DS.
The initial download will cost €5 and will include the content of the first game; The rest of the titles can be purchased in-game for the same price.
This Picross S+ includes the eight installments we received here but also the Picross e9, which was only released in Japan.
The Picross e series was no longer available for purchase following the closure of the 3DS eShop on March 27 of this year. It is not the only company title that is not available for purchase; Pokémon Picross and Sanrio Characters Picross have also disappeared, although they will not be part of this compilation.
It’s not the only game Jupiter has in development; This month, its new IP called Logiart Grimoire will enter early access on Steam, which will continue to have puzzles based on nonograms.
Picross S+ will be released in 2024 for Nintendo Switch.
