Directed by Vikas Bhal, Jyothika will share the screen with Madhavan and Ajay Devgan. The same thing was recently announced on Twitter. But the title of this movie has not been fixed yet. Whereas Jyothika previously acted with Madhavan in films like ‘Dum Dum Dum, Priyamana Toji’. Moreover, both of them have fans for their on-screen chemistry. However, it is not known whether she will pair up with Ajay or Madhavan in this movie.
Apart from this film being directed by Vikas Bhal, she is also acting in Rajkumar Rao’s upcoming movie (Sri). Jyothika has already completed her portion for this movie. She posted on Instagram in January stating the same. ‘Sri’ is the film I have worked with the best crew so far. Thank you Tusshar and Nidhi for partnering me in this meaningful film. I feel honored to share the screen with one of the most talented actors in Bollywood,’ shared the note. ‘Sri’ is a biopic of visually impaired entrepreneur Srikanth Bolla. Directed by Tusshar Hiranandani, the film is produced by Bhushan Kumar and Nidhi Parmar Hiranandani.
On the other hand, as far as Jyothika’s upcoming projects are concerned, she will be sharing the screen with Malayalam megastar Mammootty in ‘Kathal: The Core’. Directed by Jio Baby of ‘The Great Indian Kitchen’ fame, this project is being touted as a ‘family drama’. Meanwhile, the makers are planning to release this film on May 11, 2023.
